Uzi specializes in private client matters ranging from multi-national family asset protection, trust law and transfer techniques, estates administration and inheritance matters, local and international taxation (including tax rulings and voluntary disclosures) to wealth management. Uzi also specializes in local and international real estate transactions (both commercial and residential), including combination transactions, sale and purchase transactions and leasing transactions. He is involved in every stage of the process from the negotiation and signing of contracts through the planning, construction occupancy of the relevant property. In addition, Uzi regularly represents entrepreneurs from the stage of the development and marketing of a project for commercial use and/or office space and/or residential units, handling all of the legal aspects relating to the project, commencing with the acquisition of rights in the land through the completion of all registration requirements. This also involves advising with respect to planning, construction, sale and purchase, financing and planning procedures with the various planning authorities. Uzi also has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private equity and related corporate matters. Uzi is also experienced in technology transactions, including licensing, OEM agreements, distribution and marketing, and other commercial matters. Uzi often lectures to institutions (banks, accountants etc.) around the world regarding tax and trust issues

Ziv Pinchasi

Ziv’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial projects, the purchase of sites for offices, residential and commercial purposes, the purchase and sale of income generating real estate assets, purchase groups, Urban Renewal Projects such as “Pinuy – Binuy,” and National Outline Plan 38 (“Tama 38”) with its amendments, and financing and mezzanine transactions for real estate projects. Ziv represents real estate companies and entrepreneurs in complex transactions in Israel, as well as foreign investors in their local activities. Ziv has a special expertise in large-scale real estate transactions, including real estate entrepreneurship, complex financing, investments and purchase groups for residential and commercial projects. As such, Ziv advises on all aspects of initiating and establishing residential and commercial projects, including planning the outline of the acquisition; financing the acquisition and establishing the project; and managing negotiations and finalizing agreements with contractors, service providers and financial institutions. In addition, Ziv has considerable expertise on various corporate and commercial matters, such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, private equity, corporate financing transactions as well as general corporate matters. Ziv is fluent in English and, as such, also handles international transactions, the agreements for which he negotiates and drafts on behalf of our international clientele or in cases of an overseas counterparty.
